3. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate provided through our Site, by phone, or during an on-site inspection is a non-binding approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, scope changes, material costs, permit requirements, and other factors discovered during the course of work.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen structural damage, code compliance requirements, or material price fluctuations. Any changes will be communicated to you and require your approval before additional work is performed.

4. Service Agreements & Contracts

All roofing work performed by LA Roofers 4U is governed by a separate written service agreement or contract, which will detail the scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, warranty terms, and other project-specific conditions.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific roofing project.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

We make every reasonable effort to adhere to agreed-upon schedules. However, roofing work is subject to delays caused by weather conditions, permit processing, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. If you need to cancel an estimate appointment or consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Licensing & Insurance

LA Roofers 4U is a licensed and insured roofing contractor operating in the State of California. Our license number and proof of insurance are available upon request. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

7. Warranties

Specific warranty terms for roofing work, including workmanship warranties and manufacturer material warranties, will be detailed in your signed service agreement. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions vary by project.

Warranties may be voided if the roof is altered, damaged, or improperly maintained by the property owner or a third party after our work is completed. Regular maintenance and timely reporting of issues are required to preserve warranty coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, LA Roofers 4U, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Site. For claims arising from roofing services, liability shall be governed by the terms of your signed service agreement.
